Mumbai, June 29 -- Dismissing reports that she was offered to replace Aishwarya Rai in Rajkumar Santoshi's next, Ladies and Gentlemen, actor Preity Zinta says she's very upset with the false reports doing the rounds.
The actor says, "Aishwarya is very dear friend of mine and I congratulate her on her good news. However, I'm personally very disturbed and I really fail to understand why no one checks with me on the authenticity of the reports. Rajkumarji is a close friend and so are the Bachchans and I do hope these baseless rumours are not encouraged," says Preity.
