Wes Bentley has joined the cast of The Hunger Games.
The actor, best known for his role in America Beauty and most recently seen in Jonah Hex, will take on the role of Seneca Crane in the big screen adaption of Suzanne Collins' popular trilogy.

Bentley is younger than we imagined Crane to be, and the casting of a somewhat well-known actor implies that the Gamemaker may have more of a speaking role in the film than he has in the book.
But we'll need to wait until March 23, 2012 to find out. That's when Bentley, Jennifer Lawrence and company bring The Hunger Games to life!
