Shauna Sand is a busy, troubled woman.
The "actress" submitted two filing in court this week against Laurent Homburger, one for divorce - and another for a restraining order, following a fight between the couple on May 18 that resulted in two arrests.
The argument itself stemmed from Sand telling Laurent she wanted't to split, which follows the filing timeline: Shauna handed the documents in on May 12.
Sand claims Homburger held her down during the fracas and threatened to kill her. He must now remain at least 100 yards away at all times. As a result of this development, Lorenzo Lamas is no longer seeking full custody of the children he has with Shauna.
