For starters, it seems like the famous Irani restaurant, Kyani's, has become a kind of tourist spot in South Mumbai. Reason, as Sher Lock Holmes tells me, is that Aamir Khan has been visiting it for breakfast and snacks during his time off.
The actor is shooting around Dhobi Talao for the Reema Kagti suspense thriller, which he's jointly producing with Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. So on his first day, he skipped breakfast at home and preferred to savour the keema-pao that is said to be legendary at that particular eatery.
Aur pata hai kya? After packing up the shoot on the first day, Aamir checked into the restaurant again, this time to enjoy bun-maska and chai.
My super sleuth tells me that Khan was a regular patron of the eatery during his college days.
So when his shoot was scheduled in that part of the city, he couldn't help but revisit his favourite hangout from his academic years. That's not all. Aamir is telling his non-vegetarian friends in the suburbs to come by and indulge too, alright.
But knowing the perfectionist actor, he won't be indulging in the delicacy too much. More so because he's got to get back in shape for Dhoom 3. Hai na?
