Lindsay Lohan: PRAISED By Judge in Court!
There's a first time for everything.
Lindsay Lohan not only passed muster at her probation hearing today, she did so with flying colors, earning praise from the judge who has reamed her out in the past.
A very surprised Judge Stephanie Sautner began by saying at her hearing this morning in L.A., "Ms. Lohan, you have actually done your work."
That she has, and then some ...
The judge noted that Lindsay completed her community service early and even went to an extra therapy session - five instead of the mandated four - since last time.
Sautner said the Los Angeles County morgue was pleased by the work Lindsay has done there over the past month, or "at least as pleased as a morgue can be."
Her supervisor at the morgue has said he has been blown away, in fact, calling her work "stellar," and saying she's "a delight to work with and hard working."
Lohan gets props for turning it around, but so do Sautner and her attorney Shawn Holley, who set up a rigid structure - something LL's parents never provided.
Score one for the legal system ... for once. And for the guy who hacked the Lindsay Lohan Playboy pictures. Thanks to him, the issue comes out this week!

Father of Kris Humphries Threatens to Pen Kim Kardashian Tell-All
Might the manipulative, large-breasted roof soon get blown off DivorceGate?
In the latest issue of Life & Style, William Humphries - the father of Kris Humphries and the very brief father-in-law of Kim Kardashian - says he'd "love to write a book" about the ordeal Kim and her family put his son through.
"It's important to him that Kris' side of the story is out there," a friend tells the tabloid.
Humphries may not be entitled to any of Kim's assets, due to a prenup, but no non-disclosure agreement was ever signed. He and/or his dad are free to dish and dish and dish and "Kris has told his father everything," a source notes.
William "has many stories to tell," the magazine reports.
Kris, of course, says he just wants to move forward and find a new NBA team. But we have a feeling this story is far from over.

Ashley Tisdale and Scott Speer: It's Over!
Multiple sources confirm that the former High School Musical star is no longer dating director Scott Speer (below), who she started seeing in the spring of 2009. The pair have been broken up for a few weeks, an insider tells Us Weekly, adding simply:
"They tried to work it out but realized their relationship ran its course."
Tisdale most recently starred on The CW's Hellcats and in her own Disney spinoff, Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure. She had previously dated musician Jared Murillo.

Britney Spears: Rocking Engagement Ring! Still Not Engaged to Jason Trawick!
If we've learned anything over the years, it's that Britney Spears occasionally loves wearing huge, diamond jewelery on her left ring finger.
But that doesn't mean she's engaged people! Geez!
The singer fueled the semi-annual Jason Trawick engagement rumors Friday when she stepped out in London with a HUGE ROCK! Peep it:
It's been a long, serious relationship at this stage, and if anyone's familiar with her very complicated past and present life situation, it's her former agent.
Not yet, though. Upon closer inspection, while the ring is clearly mammoth and no doubt expensive as heck, it's not an engagement ring. We don't think. Look:

Demi Lovato: A Role Model For Young Girls?
Her "emotional and physical issues" are well-documented, but rather than hide from them, the Disney starlet wants to be a role model because of them.

Demi Lovato, 19, who used to cut herself and who has battled eating disorders, taped an episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show scheduled to air Tuesday.
She says she wants to be "outspoken" and freely talk about her "issues" because when she grew up, she "was dealing with the pressures to be thin."
"It was the time in the tabloids when very, very skinny girls were on the cover of every magazine, and that's what I was looking up to," she says.
"That's what I had to idolize. I don't want that for young girls."
While she calls her old life a "mess," right now, it is what it is.
In fact, at this point, she's actually grateful for her "meltdown."
"So many things were going great in my life, and then all of a sudden my personal life just went down at crazy speeds," the "Skyscraper" singer says.
"I had a negative breakdown and it changed my life forever."
"But if I hadn’t gone into treatment," she continues, "I don't know if, one, I'd even be sitting here today, [or] two, if I'd even be alive today."
We're so grateful that she is, and hope that young people can take what she says very seriously. It's good that she's up front about her past, don't you think?

Brad Pitt Praises Jennifer Aniston, Clarifies "Pretend Marriage" Comments
Saying he tried to use movies to fill a void in his personal existence, Pitt says "It became very clear to me that I was intent on trying to find a movie about an interesting life, but I wasn't living an interesting life myself."
Ouch. And it gets worse:

"I think that my marriage had something to do with it," he says, noting that he was "trying to pretend the marriage was something that it wasn't."
He adds that nowadays, "I'm satisfied with making true choices and finding the woman I love, Angie, and building a family that I love so much."
If that sounded harsh to you, get in line. Brad's also in that line, contacting E! News through his rep to explain that he didn't mean it like that.
"It grieves me that this was interpreted this way," he says, "Jen is an incredibly giving, loving, and hilarious woman who remains my friend."
"It is an important relationship I value greatly. The point I was trying to make is not that Jen was dull, but that I was becoming dull to myself."
"That, only I am responsible for."
Pitt is one of the most private and least malicious guys around, one we can't see taking a cheap shot like that, so we're inclined to believe him.

American Idol producer Nigel Lythgoe is also on board for the program, which will select and groom the new crop of PCD members. Sounds AMAZING.

Sources say the baller hasn't exactly won over Kim's tight-knit family.
That's putting it midly. Dude reportedly ripped Kourtney Kardashian for being "slave" to son Mason, roughhouses Kim so hard that her sisters call him "this weird, big clumsy oaf" and "was being a dick" through much of their courtship.

He doesn't like how the relationship is for the cameras, making you wonder how the heck he would possibly propose to Kim if that's even half true.
Allegedly, Kim told Kris she'd been planning this wedding since she was 10 years old, and he snapped: "Yeah, and you could just slot any guy into it."

Short, possibly bogus story: Everyone hates Kris, his namesake, Kris Jenner, has demanded that they "cool it" because "it may damage Kim's reputation."
odd Palin Slams Joe McGinniss' Book, Neglects to Mention Awesome Glen Rice Rumor
The former governor's camp is looking to discredit the biography - a racy, detailed, provocative tell-all, even as Palin gossip goes - which is due out next week.
Todd Palin slammed The Rogue: Searching for the Real Sarah Palin, specifically denying that his business partner Brad Hanson had an affair with his wife.
The part about Glen Rice nailing Sarah Palin, sadly, went unmentioned by Todd.

Todd Palin wrote of McGinniss:
"This is a man who has been relentlessly stalking my family to the point of moving in next door to harass and spy on us to satisfy his creepy obsession with my wife."
"His book is full of disgusting lies, innuendo and smears. Even The New York Times called this book 'dated, petty,' and that it 'chases caustic, unsubstantiated gossip.'"

The 2008 GOP VP nominee has yet to comment. Last year, she wrote of McGinniss: "Wonder what kind of material he'll gather while overlooking Piper's bedroom, my little garden and the family's swimming hole?"
McGinniss, who rented the house next door to the Palins while writing the work, defended his reporting in an interview on the Today show.
"I think I was as fair as I could have been given the fact that she told all the people who were closest to her not to talk to me," he said.
Of all the claims he makes, the allegations that Sarah Palin carried on an affair with Brad Hanson have clearly ruffled the most feathers.
Hanson again denied the allegation in a statement:
"This is the same old story that went around in 2008. It is a complete and outright lie," Hanson said. "Todd and Sarah Palin have been good friends for many years, and in fact we still own property together."
"We sold a former joint business venture for business reasons, nothing more. These attacks are shameful and those making them seem to be out only to destroy good people and make money doing so."
As for Sarah snorting coke off of oil drums, that may or may not have taken place. We have no idea. But thank you Joe for the hilarious visual.
And STAY Out: Tareq Salahi to Divorce Michaele!
As we reported yesterday, a crushed Tareq says he was blindsided by Michaele's affair with Neal Schon of Journey fame - and a new video is the final straw.
A video he shot, featuring Michaele and Neal kissing, playfully, over Labor Day. All while Tareq watched, oblivious to the long-term affair going on. Brutal.

Tareq is telling friends he can never trust Michaele Salahi (a realization some of us came to long ago) and will never take that hoe back, no matter what.
He feels she'll eventually tire of her special Journey and try to come home. Nevertheless, the divorce is on like Neal's schlong ... which strangely made its way into his divorce filing. Really. We cannot make this stuff up.
According to Tareq's divorce papers, adultery and abandonment are the reasons for the divorce. And this: "The paramour [Neal] sent to my email account ... a email with an attachment of a penis" - presumably his.
Tareq blasts his wife, claiming:
"She continually exposes our friends and acquaintances to her adulterous relationship and has flaunted it throughout the community, the nation and the world, and thus caused me to suffer great harm, humiliation and embarrassment."
The nation and world? We feel bad for you dude, but come on now.
Tareq says his wife's been boninh Schon "for a period of months."
The locks on the homestead and winery have already been changed, so Tareq is clearly moving forward with plans to divorce his cheating spouse.
Tyler Hadley Indicted For Killing Parents
Tyler Hadley, the Florida teen who allegedly bludgeoned his parents to death, then partied with their dead bodies upstairs, has been indicted for murder.
He is now charged with first-degree murder, twice over.
The grand jury indictment upgrades what were originally two counts of second-degree murder with a weapon in the deaths of Blake and Mary Jo Hadley.
No motive in the Hadley case has been reported.

Acting on an anonymous tip, on Sunday morning July 17 officers visited the Hadley home, where a "nervous" Tyler told them his parents were out of town.
According to CNN, the grand jury heard testimony from Hadley's uncle, the lead detective in the case, a medical examiner and a crime scene investigator.
If convicted, Hadley faces a mandatory life sentence. Though he was charged as an adult, his age prevents prosecutors from seeking the death penalty.
