SAO PAULO - Was it a picnic in the park for the Neon show at Sao Paulo Fashion Week? While yes, the Spring/Summer 2013 collection took place in a nursery in Ibirapuera Park, it was not a picnic, but more so, a gypsy invasion with bright colors like turquoise, purple, red, green and gold showing up in caftans, high-waisted pants, and in the extravagant headwear.
